One way to develop industrial parks

Abstract
Industrial park and industrial cluster have some relationship although they are different things.At first,the article introduces the meaning of the industrial park and industrial cluster based on the theory constructed before.Then it analyzes the differentiation of the industrial park and industrial cluster and defines the relationship between them and makes people know the exactly meaning about them.Finally,the article analyzes the factors influencing the transform from industrial park to the industrial cluster and puts forward the idea that the special industrial park and high-tech industrial park should develop into the industrial cluster.
