On the Relationship between Industrial Clusters and Industrial Park

Abstract
When pushing the strategy of industrial development,the relationship between industrial cluster and industrial park must be considered.Based on the cases of our country,we draw on the following conclusions.The industrial park is not necessary for the making of an industrial cluster as a platform.Only an industrial cluster develops to the extent that it need more space and better innovational environment,the demand for industrial park is necessary.In addition,industrial park doesn't always bring the making and development of industrial cluster spontaneously,and industrial park needn't develop in the form of industrial cluster.Only in the good location endowments and institutional conditions may industrial park become the habitat of industrial cluster.
