Research on the Impact of Technological Capability and Innovation Strategy on Innovation Performance

This paper classifies technological capabilities into absorptive capacity and technical innovation capability,and innovation strategy into exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.It proposes hypothesis about the correlation between technical capability,innovation strategy and the formation of innovative enterprises from the literature analysis.To verify the hypothesis,it collects data of 257 samples through the questionnaire,and finds that technological capabilities and innovation strategies have a significant impact on innovation performance.The results also show that exploitative innovation has stronger impact on innovation performance than exploratory innovation,but there is no difference between technological innovation capability and absorptive capability on innovation performance.
