Effect of Technological Capability on Enterprise Performance Based on the Intermediary Role of Innovation Strategy

This paper first proposes the path that technological capacity and innovation strategy affect the innovation performance.To verify the hypothesis,we make analysis on 237 samples through questionnaire,respectively using full intermediary effect model,partial intermediary effect model and direct effect model,and find that that both technological capability and innovation strategy have a significant impact on innovation performance,where in some cases technological capability works via the innovation strategy.Enterprises shall adopt innovation strategies suitable for their resource endowments,so as to transfer the advantage in technological capability to that in innovation performance.
