Analysis on the Trend of Affiliating Commercial Law to Public Law

Abstract

Affiliating commercial law to public law is the specific manifest form of affiliating private law to public law,there are many accepts on the legislation:The transfer of the commercial law value,the increasing of imperative legal norms,the strict liability of commercial conduct,etc.there are profound social reasons on the lawful phenomenon,but the trend of public law doesn't change the character of the commercial law.
