The budesonide inhalation of 63 cases of clinical observation of treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalation therapy in children with acute infectious laryngitis.Methods 120 cases of acute infectious laryngitis children into treatment group and control group,both in the conventional anti-infection,expectorant,cough treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control group Jiaru Bu Ned suspension atomization inhalation therapy.Results Budesonide inhalation therapy can significantly improve the children with acute infectious laryngitis clinical symptoms,compared with the control group,cough,hoarseness,throat-ming,three depressions sign,cyanosis and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter(P 0.01).Conclusion Budesonide inhalation therapy in children with acute infectious laryngitis can significantly improve clinical symptoms,shorter hospital stays,and worthy of promotion.
