Strategic Thinking and Measures on the "Rural,Agriculture and Farmer's Problems

Face of the problem of rural, agriculture and farmer during economic development stage, we need to revise the economic policy and adopt new policy in rural in the future. For this reason, the paper proposes: Adjust the structure actively, develop the agricultural product with the comparative advantage; Lighten farmer's burden further, weaken the function of capital accumulation of agriculture to the industrialized; Increase government input in agriculture support, improve the agricultural working condition further; Fully utilize WTO relevant rules, strengthen the subsidy dynamics to agriculture; Accelerate the reform to agriculture and rural economy management system.
