Abstract
The institution of natural person's capability for civil liability is the generalization for the provision about the minors or psychopaths' liability problem in the law of creditor's right in the Civil code.A natural person's capability for civil liability is the legal qualification for a natural person to take on the civil liability caused by the fault act.The concomitant of the natural person's capability for civil liability is the foundation of fault's cognizance.The judgement criterion of the capability is the ability for recognization.
