Abstract

A natural person's capability for civil liability refers to his capability to cimmit mistakes. Tye institution of a natural person' s capability for civil liability refers to the institution not having the capability for civil liability a natural person cannot produce fault and according to the principle of fault Lability, he will be relieved of liability. The application of the institution of natural person's capability is on the premise of the application of the principle of fault liabilty.
