Abstract

By using immunohistochemistry and biostatistics,c-kit special expression in oogenesis was studied by collecting Calliptamus abbreviatus Ikonn.from Siping area in Jilin province,China. The results showed that: in oogenesis, there were different expression levels of c-kit protein from the 1st to 6th stage of oocytes but the positive granules gradually disappeared with the following vitellogenesis; The c-kit positive granules were also found in follicular cells and the gland cells of oviduct and spermathecae.
