Abstract
Directed by the basic thought of parameterized design,the secondary development based on AutoCAD is carried out with the language of Visual Basic in this paper.The parameterized design of standard spur as well as the function of automatic plotting gear is achieved.With the gear structure design in the standard spur gear reducer as example,spare part engineering drawings are automatically produced.The results show that the design efficiency is improved significantly.
