Abstract
Huge loans have been accumulated under the drive of lack of operating costs and educational funding of China's colleges and universities as well as permission of the lending policies.Any loans are hidden risks.Literature studies have shown that the risk of loans caused by China's colleges and universities attach great importance to the parties.In fact,to resolve these risks,many mature suggestions and comments have been raised.But a lot of problems resulted from a large number of bank debts of colleges and universities request to intensify internal reform of colleges and universities and institutional innovation of higher educational system in-depth manner,so as to settle the credit risks of colleges and universities well at all levels.
