Abstract

The leadership of the CPC is the basic guarantee and the remarkable feature of the Chinese socialist political civilization.It is necessary to developing inner-party democracy in order to improve the party's ruling power,and also the most important task on political civilization.To promote political civilization by inner-party democracy is a cardinal approach to build socialist political civilization.Therefore,in order to develop inner-party democracy,we must work out perfect democracy systems and set up scientifically democracy consciousness.
