Abstract
The stiffness is the stricter design rule than strength in car body development.Torsional stiffness,the key factor for car body to resist the poor torsional case,is especially important.Torsional stiffness of the body framework of an electric mini car was deeply analyzed based on its FEA(finite element analysis) model and the FEA model was verified by test.At the same time the stiffness of the under-body structure was analyzed.
