On the Status of Migrant Workers’Subjective Well-being and Social Support—Taking Henan Province’s 421 Migrant Workers as the Examples

The issue of migrant workers is one of the most important problems confronted in the process of harmonious economic and social development in China.Based on the domestic existing researches and the survey result to the Henan province’s 421 migrant workers,this article has carried on the analysis to migrant workers’subjective well-being and the social support situation,and given some strategic solutions to build a social support system to enhance the sense of subjective well-being of migrant workers.
