The Study of the New Generation of Migrant Workers to be Members of the Public and Its Impact Based on the Dual - structure in Guangdong Province

The new generation of migrant workers is an important social groups in the period of economic restructuring in China.Advancing rural migrant workers and their families into the city, to enjoy equal public services and rights protection,is an important condition for promoting the development of China's urbanization,economic restructuring and upgrading.The paper carred out the questionnaire listed 21 cities in Guangdong Province,based on the conditions of the citizens of the structural analysis methods.The survey selected a typical representative of more than thousand migrant workers.The paper analyzes the individual structure and social structure of the people of migrant workers,to study the relationship between the degree of the public and its influencing factors of migrant workers.The paper makes some policy recommendations,such as proposed the establishment of the public of the cost - sharing mechanism,enhanced the wishes of the people of migrant workers,to form a long - term mechanism of training and employment,enhance the ability of people of migrant workers,and to optimize people of migrant workers environment.
