Abstract
[Objective]To assess the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in treating old aged patients with functiona dyspepsia.[Method]The 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 74 cases oral domperidone,lactobacillus tablets,omeprazole.Experimental group 86 cases in the control group on the basis of treatment with Sini San puls Liujunzi decoction.Treatment 4 weeks to determine the efficacy.[Results]The experimental group the total efficiency rate for 86.05%.The control group total efficiency rate for 66.22%.Clinical efficacy of the experimental group than the control group(P0.05).in addition,there were significant differences in the treatment effectivenesses of different Chinese medicine syndromes.[Conclusions]Combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine has the good curative effect to treat old aged patients with functiona dyspepsia.
