Abstract
Fixed assets are the indispensable material basement for teaching,research administration,so are logistics and other activities in college and universities.It is a matter of cardinal significance for a college or university to keep fixed assets under good management so that they are safe,efficient,integrated and value-adding.This paper analyzes the disadvantage of the status quo of management of fixed assets in colleges and universities at present,puts forward relevant improved methods and strategies in order to provide reference to the managers and administrators of fixed assets in colleges and universities.
