Abstract
Fixed assets of colleges and universities is an important part of state-owned assets,and is necessary material basis and guarantee for the school teaching,scientific research and others,also is the important measure of the power of higher education. How to correctly analyze the problems existing in the process of management of fixed assets in higher education, strengthening the assets management in colleges and universities, improving the use efficient of assets, maximizing its benefit and preventing loss of assets is a very important task in front of management of fixed assets of colleges and universities. On the analysis of present situation and existing problems in management of fixed assets of colleges and universities,thoughts and countermeasures to strengthen management of fixed assets were put forward.
