Abstract

In this experiment,Sinopotamon yangtsekiense was exposed to the Cd 2+solution from April to May,2001.The crabs were divided into four treated groups and the control. The crabs were exposed to the Cd 2+ solution for 24 h,48 h and 72 h,then were dissected lively. Many organs including the gill, the antennal, the hepatopancreas, the ovary and the crust were nitrificated, and the containing of its Cd 2+was determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that Cd 2+was accumulated selectively in S.yangtsekiense.The bioaccumulation of each organ decreased in turn:the crustthe gillthe hepatopancreasthe antennal glandthe ovary.Among of them, the bioaccumulation of crust was 2~5 times that of gill or hepatopancreas in the same condition. The bioaccumulation of Cd 2+ in S.yangtsekiense had the concentration-effect relationship,i.e.,the more the concentration increased, the more the bioaccumulation was.But the time-effect relationship about the bioaccumulation of the S.yangtsekiensewere not obvious. The difference found because of the different organs.
