Precision and Error Analysis of Laser Pulse Ranging

Abstract

Based on the basic principle of laser pulse ranging,the precision and error of laser pulse ranging are analyzed and the correcting formula is given.It points out that the error is the main fact affecting the precision of ranging.Qualitative analysis of the precision and error of laser pulse ranging has been done and the approach to promote the precision of ranging has been put forward.It provides references for correct analysis of the unitary efficiency of the optic ranging finder.
