Abstract
Digital gain control(DGC) technology was put forward to solve the low ranging precision of laser pulse in this paper.The method used DGC circuit to real-time adjust receiving system gain basing on the acquired echo pulse signal amplitude information.The influence on ranging precision by timing judgment error was effectively reduced.Experimental results showed that the laser pulse ranging system had a high dynamic real-time ranging precision by adopting DGC technology within the range of 300m,and theory reference was offered to engineering application.
