Abstract
The present study was conducted to study the effect of different Chromium(Cr) concentration on physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco by pot experiment. The result showed that root activity, chlorophyll content and protective enzyme activity were downtrend, while the cell membrane permeability, activity of tobacco roots and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content were increased with the increase of Cr concentration. It was determined that the growth and development were impaired significantly when the Cr concentration in soil was over a critical concentration.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
