Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of mixed salt-alkaline stress on flue-cured tobacco physiological and biochemical index. [Method] Using 2 kinds of flue-cured tobacco varieties Jiyan 9 and Jiyan 10,pot experiment was carried out. [Result]With the increase of concentration of mixed salt-alkaline solution, the chlorophyll content of tobacco decreased. The activity of SOD,POD and CAT increased firstly and then declined under mixed salt-alkaline stress. The content of MDA increased. The content of Pro and soluble sugar increased firstly and then declined. The content of K+decreased, and the content of Na+increased significantly. [Conclusion]Resisting index of flue-cured tobacco was very sensitive with salt-alkaline stress.
