Clinical Effect Observation of Shuxuetong Injection in the Treating of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection in the treating of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods 300 patients who were diagnosed with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into 2 groups,teatment group for 150 cases,treated with Shuxuetong injection;Control group for 150 cases,treated with Cinepazide Maleate injection(CMI).Hemorheology were detected before and after treatment,clinical effect was evaluated after 2 weeks treatment.Results The total effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 88.0% in the control group,compared two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Before after,two groups of patients before treatment,high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen,the difference was not statistically(P 0.05);After treatment,the treatment group high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can improve the patients indexes of hematological rheology and has a good clinical effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
