In the late Qing Dynasty period,China and Japan began to introduce western science and technology to their lands,but the dissemination patterns of science and technology in both countries had notable differences which were embodied in the core elements of science and technology dissemination and its external conditions.The differences were determined by the nature of these two states and had led to different results.
