Abstract
The eukaryotic expression vector of defensin was constructed according to the defensin gene of drosophila.De-fensin gene was obtained from drosophila genome DNA by PCR.Vector pMD18-T / defensin was cloned and transformed into Escherichia coli, and the recombinant pcr3.1 / defensin was constructed and identified. The result showed that 280 bp specif-ic fragment was amplified and identitied.Sequencing result showed that the reading frame was not changed except one base compared with the GeneBank, and amino acid sequence was the same. The result of identification and sequencing of pcr3.1 / defensin plasmid was the accordance with the expected length.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
