Treatment of endometriosis by Huayuxiaoyi decoction combined with western medicine

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of endometriosis treated by Huayuxiaoyi decoction combined with western medicine. Methods 120 cases of endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in control group received treatment of Danazol,conjugated estrogens tablets and medroxyprogesterone acetate. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by Huayuxiaoyi decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The therapeutic course was a month in two groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after a course. The change of VAS,CA125,FSH,E2and adverse reaction before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group( 90. 00%) was superior to that in control group( 70. 00%,P 0. 05). The levels of CA- 125,FSH and E2after treatment were decreased in two groups( P 0. 05). The decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P 0. 05). The level of VAS after treatment were decreased in two groups( P 0. 05). The decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Huayuxiaoyi decoction combined with western medicine is effective on the treatment of endometriosis and without obvious adverse reaction.
