Constitutional Democracy is a democracy that observes the guiding principles of constitution,such moral principles of running the society as liberty and equality as well as humanity and justice.It is the necessary condition to guarantee political purity and consistency between morality and happiness.Thus,if a country has realized the Constitutional Democracy,its politics will be free from corruption and the citizens will enjoy consistency between morality and happiness.Accordingly,the citizens will be strongly motivated to become highly-moralized subjects,which will help lift the morality of the whole citizens.Therefore,we may conclude that Constitutional Democracy is the major approach to improving the morality of the whole citizens.
