Change Rule and Cultivation of the Morality of All Citizens

The development rule of the morality of all citizens can be summarized as the Rule of Moral Enrichment,the Rule of Moral Happiness,the Rule of Moral Knowledge and the Rule of Moral Practice.Meanwhile,the principal approaches to the cultivation of the morality of all citizens lie in the institutional improvement of the following four systems,namely,Constitutional Democracy,Market Economy,Excellent Morality and Freedom of Thoughts.When the system of a country is approaching closer to these four criteria,there will be cleaner and more just politics,faster economic development,more distributive justice,more prosperous science and education,and better morality.In this way,the moral happiness of all citizens will be consistent,the material requirements of citizens will be fully met,and the morality of all citizens will be noble and superior.
