AbstrcatThe development and use of the water resources are studied to meet demands of agricultural irrigation. Probe into an adjustment of crop's water-consuming process on the basis of satisfying crop's growing and saving water while getting high yield simultaneously. According to practices from irrigation zone, an effective way of the sustainable development is to give priority to canal irrigation, and to consider well irrigation at the same time, and integration of surface water and ground water.
