Analysis of Patients with Late Phase Allergic Reaction Caused by TAT Injection and Nursing

The paper is to analyze characteristics of 16 patients with late phase allergic reaction caused by TAT Injection.For patients with stronger positive result in skin test,the earlier the allergic reaction appeared,the more serious the allergic reaction was and positive reaction followed by.Whereas the later it was,the lighter the reaction was.Late phase allergic reaction was most frequently observed in allergic patients particularly in patients with strong positive and negative results in skin test.Besides,desensitization injection was a common cause for late phase allergic reaction.Consequently,nurses should adopt intervention methods such as medical history inquiry,prevention of late phase allergic reaction,intensive observation after injection.Great importance should be attached to patients with late phase allergic reaction.
