Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of serious osteoarthritis of knee treated with total knee arthroplasty. Methods The clinical effects of total knee arthroplasty were analysed in 62 cases (80 knees) of serious osteoarthritis. Results Of the total cases, 91 %-94% achieved excellent and good results. Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty is a good method for serious osteoarthritis of the knee.
