Analysis of the method of strengthening the supervision of criminal case filing

Abstract

The supervision on the filing of criminal case is an important part of legal supervision system of our country,which plays an increasingly important role in the judicial practice.However,there are some problems in the supervision on the filing of criminal case.First,the supervision object is not distributive in the system design,thus the supervision scope is not complete and there is no tracking method;Second,in the practice,the case source is insufficient,the evidence standard is hard to grasp and there is no strong supervision on criminal case filing of investigation department of procuratorate and not sufficient manpower.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect the legislation and its working mechanism.
