Clinical Observation on the Curative Effect of Zhimaikang Granules on Hyperlipidemia-Syndrome of Turbid Phlegm Obstructin

Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhimaikang Granules on hyperlipidemia-syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructin,and explore an effective lipid-lowering treatment for Dyslipidemia.Methods 120 patients with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Zhimaikang Granules before meals,1 bag every times,two times per day.The control group was given Zocor(Simvastatin Tablets) 20mg Qn.Patients in both groups were treated for 45 days as one course of treatment.Results ①Comparison of TCM syndromes:The treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.② Comparison of laboratory tests of curative effect:There was no obvious difference between two groups(P 0.05).The result showed that two drugs both had a better effect on improving hyperlipidemia.③Comparison of symptoms before and after treatment,improving efficacy of symptom scores:Both groups showed obvious improving efficacy of symptom scores after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.④Comparison of lipid-lowering efficacy between two groups after treatment:There was no significant difference in decreasing the serum total cholesterol(TC),AI content and TC/HDL-C ratio between two groups.The treatment group significantly decreased the serum triglyeride(TG) content(P 0.05),comparing with the control group.But the control group had a better efficacy in decreasing the serum low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C) level.There was no obvious effect in improving high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) level in both two groups.⑤Comparison of the curative efficacy in hemorrheology improvement:The whole blood viscosity(low shear,high shear),hematocrit,and fibrinogen were all markedly lowered after treatment in two groups.Conclusion Zhimaikang Granules is effective on dyslipidemia therapy.It can singnificantly improve the clinical syndrome and sign with no toxicity and side effects,and has a reliable effect in the near future.It is one of the effective drug for dyslipidemia therapy.
