Abstract
The objective of this study was to study the diagnostic value of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) in patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. The positive rate and content of HPV DNA from 325 cases of women(including chronic cervicitis 56 cases,CINⅠ 41 cases,CINⅡ 33 cases,CIN Ⅲ 91 cases and cervical cancer 104 cases) were detected by HC-2.The positive rate of HPV DNA of the chronic cervicitis,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer were respectively 35.7%,61.0%,91.0% and 100.0%.The content of HPV DNA of precancerous lesions(CINⅠ-Ⅲ) and cervical cancer were higher than the chronic cervicitis, compared with chronic cervicitis the difference was significant(P0.05).The content of HPV DNA of cervical cancer was higher than the precancerous lesions(CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ),compared with precancerous lesions(CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ) the difference was significant(P0.05).HPV DNA positive rate increase with the severity of cervical lesions, and the content of high-risk HPV DNA of chronic cervicitis, and CIN and cervical cancer increase the severity of cervical lesions.High-risk HPV can be an important detection index to diagnosis the cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, and it is worthy of clinical application.
