Abstract
Objective To analyze the pplication effect of B-Lynch suture technique in intractable postpartum hemor rhage caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section. Methods The 20 cases of patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section were divided into experimental group and control group with 10 cases in each. After treated by the massage technique, oxytocin, leonurus injection, prostaglandin with invalid, the control group was given traditional uterine tamponade gauze, experimental group was given B-Lynch suture surgery treatment, compared therapeutic effect and complications between the two groups. Results In the experimental group,10 cases were effective, effective rate was 100%,in control group 6 cases was effective, effective rate was 60%,with significant differences(P 0.05).The operation time, amount of bleeding in intraoperative and postoperative 24 h in experimental group was lower than that of control group, with significant difference(P 0.05).And experimental group with no complications,in control group the incidence of complications was 30%,had significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion B-Lynch suture technique can obviously increase the effective rate of treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section, and obviously reduce the complications, the method is more simple, more quickly,so it should be applied in clinical.
