Abstract
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Sangma oral liquid. Methods: The three components—Fructus Forsythiae,Radix Scutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Asteris in Sangma oral liquid were qualitatively by TLC.The contents of Forsythin in Sangma oral liquid was determined by HPLC.Results: The TLC spots of Fructus Forsythiae,Radix Scutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Asteris were clear with good resolution and free of interference of negative samples. The linear ranges of Forsythin was0.552~3.864μg,the average recovery rate was 98.68%,RSD=1.20%.Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and reliable, the method can be used to control the quality of Sangma oral liquid.
