Abstract

The technological parameters of tube extrusion of Mg alloy,such as slug temperature,tools temperature,choice of lubricant,ratio of extrusion,and extrusion speed,have been determined by experiment.It is analyzed tbat de-forming force and microstructure performance of Mg alloy tube extrused.Technology parameters such as deformation tempefature,tool temperature,ratio of extrusion,lubricant and deformation velocity should be controled strictly.Each of the above mentioned technological parameters has its dif ferent influence on extrusion force.
