COMPARATIVE STUDY ON UF-100 AUTOMATED URINALYSIS ANALYZER,URINE DIPSTICKS ANALYZER AND MICROSCOPY EXAMINATION FOR DETECTING URINARY SEDIMENTS AND ANALYZE RELATED INFLUENTIAL FACTORS

Objective:To comparatively study and investigate advantages,disadvantages and influential factors of UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer,urine dipsticks analyzer and microscopy examination for detecting formed elements in urinary sediment.Methods:1800 cases urine examples were respectively detected formed elements in urinary sediment with Japan Sysmex UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer,German Miditron JuniorⅡchemical dipstick analyzer and microscopy.Results:UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer and urine dipsticks analyzer could quickly and accurately detect many formed elements in urinary sediment.Because of difference of detection principle and influence of confounding factor,these 2 methods all appeared false positive and false negative results.Conclusions:Combination of UF-100 automated urinalysis analyzer,urine dipsticks analyzer and microscopy examination can avoid false positive and false negative results,and can make the results more accurate and provide reliable data for clinic.
