An Analysis of Values of Sports Culture in New Rural Construction

Developing healthy rural sports culture is indispensable means and important content of constructing new socialist country-side.However,there are some problems in rural sports culture,which are that sports planning is backward compared with the growth of sports population,the funds appropriated from public finance is low for rural sports cause,the number of social sports instructors is short and their sports quality is inferior,which interferes farmers learn correct practice method and skill,the talents understanding modern sports and management are deficient,sports facilities,especially public sports facilities convenient for rural people,are short.In conclu-sion,we should include sports culture construction into new socialist countryside construction,build rural sports organization and take unified planning,construct rural sports culture base,increase farmers' sports consciousness,develop traditional national sports items,enlarge the source of sports funds,and flourish sports culture.
