Research of Sports Culture and Individual All-round and Harmonious Development

This article adopts the method of literature and makes a comprehensive review on concepts of sports cultural,and points out that sports culture is all material and spiritual civilization which is inherent in sports and derived from sports,and that sports culture is a special form of cultural types.In different historical stages,sports cultures show different characteristics.In the social context of constructing socialist harmonious society,sports culture construction should pay attention to the all-round and harmonious development of the individual.This article recommends that sports reform should be guided by sports culture theories to remove constraints for development;sports culture of small towns and rural areas should be developed to realize the changes of people's sports views and sports behaviors in economically backward regions;creative industries of sports culture should be developed according to local conditions to provide new development opportunities for individuals.
