Analysis of the employment situation and preparation for employment

With the number of college graduates rising year by year,college newly graduated students are confronted with increasing employment pressure,and the employment situation has become increasingly severe. With an analysis of the current employment situation,this article puts forward some suggestions which would be helpful for students to establish correct employment idea,professional value standard and employment psychology, choose the area of the employment correctly.Through the joint efforts from the government,society,school and students,the problem of employment difficulty can be improved.
