The Analysis and Countermeasures on Problems of the Employment for the Current College Students in China

The problems of the employment for college students have been attached importance.Under the background in which the influence of the financial crisis has not been completely removed,the contradiction of employment structures and the imperfect employment policies make the employment of college students in the negative and passive situation.This paper analyzes the situation of the employment of college students in recent stage,explains the reasons of the difficulty in their employment,and finally puts forward the main measures to this problem.
