Development and Application of Membrane Bioreactor to Wastewater Treatment

This paper presentsed the progress of membrane bioreactor,including the treatment theory,influence factor,fouling control,types and feature of membrane bioreactor.And it summarized the development and prospect of membrane bioreactor.Membrane bioreactor has been developed rapidly in recent years,which has some advantages such as little occupying and consuming,but it also has disadvantages,the pollution of the membrane bioreactor was the obstacle against its wide application.Scholars studied the fouling as the focus,trying to prevent membrane pollution from changing character of liquid,optimizing operation factor and improving efficiency of membrane washing.
