Abstract

The 4th Plenary Session of 17th Central Committee of Communist Party of China set a proposition of Marxism Learning Party and emphasized that of Learning Party was focal point.About subject On Promoting Construction of Learning Party Organization further located Construction of Learning Party Organization in a high level of the foundation project of Constructing Learning Party Organization.How to know status and roles of Construction of Learning Party Organization in entire distribution of Party Building and how to understand correlations of Construction of Learning Party Organization and Party building becomes a hot issue in theoretic circle.And it plays an important role in promoting Party Building.There are various viewpoints,including Persist Theory,Innovation and Development Theory and Cross Coincide Theory,etc.
