The constructions of learning party is not only the basic project for Building a Marxist learning party,but also Major initiatives to improve the party's ability to govern in the new situation.Strengthen the learning party organizations must establish three concepts to provide an ideological guarantee,ensure that party-building,explored and provide a reference for the path of construction of learning party organization
