Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy at different starting time on postoperative cerebral hemorrhage patients.[Methods]The data of 60 patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups:1-2 week group(A group)and 4-6 week group(B group)after operation.Glasgow coma scale (GCS)and Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)were evaluated on the patients before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy for 4 weeks.[Results]There was a significance difference of the GCS and GOS scores of hyperbaric oxygen therapy after 4 weeks between group A and group B(PO.01 and P0.05).[Conclusion]Hyperbaric oxygen therapy within 2 weeks gives satisfactory prognosis on patients' recovery in the treatment of postoperative cerebral hemorrhage.
