Status of Functional Community Health Services and Problem Analysis

To further expand community health services and to improve the primary health care system,literature review and site investigation at typical areas were used to know the general situation of functional community health services as well as local practices in some cities,describe the service contents of functional community health,summarize the current management mode and running mechanism,and to discover and analyze the existing problems.Finally,policy recommendation such as idea conversion,the financing and compensation mechanism improvement,health management mode innovation,information system construction strengthening as well as increasing community participation were put forward.
