Abstract
This paper objects to the idea that MAO Ze-dong's leadership in the Party was not established in Zunyi Meeting. Though MAO Ze-dong didn't hold the highest post in the Party and the Red Army right after Zuiyi Meeting, he did play a key role in the decision-making of the major issues and was supported by the great majority of the central leadership, the Party members and the Red Army officers and soldiers.
